During a Retreat with the founder of Business Models Inc., along with other Helm CEOs, I broke my business model into nine simple components and discovered how changing them could create greater differentiation and value. The exercise inspired me, and I kept returning to it to further define the model. I made many important, game-changing realizations in this process.
